We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $6.95 applies. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Visit our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or checking the 'Fit Notes' section for item-specific advice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Afterpay and Klarna.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At Kyte Living, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel, and we work exclusively with Fair Trade certified factories.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your Kyte Living account to view the current status and location of your package.
